Individual single storey house, fully independent, functional and luminous, which can welcome a family or a friend’s group up to six people. You’ll be here at the foot of the mountain to discover in our nice Cantal a fully preserved nature.
The gite Vallée d’Aspre, single storey mountain rental is located on the edge of the little village of Fontanges. Fontanges is an authentic village just a few steps from Salers and the Puy Mary, high places of Auvergne’s tourism.
If you prefer to go away from beaten tracks, at the discretion of hiking trails, among the mountain pastures, you will be able to discover the pure mountain, even sometimes savage.
Here, nature is sovereign, nearly original, it offers the best of itself, majestuous landscapes, pure air, calm, and an exceptional heritage (architectural, cultural, gastronomic and folkloric), preserved over the years by secular traditions.

The Vallée d’Aspre gite welcomes you in Fontanges, little medieval village just a few steps from Salers and the Cantal mounts. You are close to the Col de Légal, the Cirque de Récusset, the Falgoux nordic station, and of course of the inescapable Puy Mary.
Also close to many castles : Anjony, Saint Chamant, Auzers…You will like the mountain hikings according to numerous trails including the famous GR 400 to discover a fully preserved nature, an exceptional wildlife, huge natural spaces, and fully enjoy calm and pure air.
